Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) is the maximum amount of weight that your trailer is rated to carry. This number INCLUDES the weight of the trailer itself and the cargo/equipment you plan to haul.

Two very important questions, how large is the item/items and how much do they weigh? Most motorcycles/atvs, side by sides, land scape supplies, furniture, lumber, or common materials we recommend a utility trailer. If you intend on hauling a heavy load or vehicle we recommend a car hauler, and depending on the weight of the vehicle being towed, dictates whether you need a light duty or heavy duty car hauler. More fragile items or those you prefer to keep out of the elements we recommend an enclosed unit to give the customer peace of mind.

All of our car haulers come equipped with winches installed. In the tool box of each rental unit contains a battery disconnect switch (must be flipped to ON) and the winch controller plugged in order to the operate the winch. A video link below best explains how simple and easy the winch process is.

If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing towing requirements.
